Kale Chips
Ingredients:

1 pound organic curly kale

2 tablespoons grapeseed or avocado oil

1 garlic clove (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)

Sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°.
Shopping tip: You can purchase a bag of washed and cut organic kale at many grocery stores, helping to simplify the preparation for this recipe.
In a large bowl, toss the kale (stems and large inner ribs removed) with the oil and the garlic or garlic powder.
Spread the kale on 2-3 baking sheets and roast in the oven for about 15 minutes, until crisp. Be careful not to burn it.
Stir after 7 minutes.
Season with sea salt and pepper and transfer to a large platter.
