Artichoke Dip

Ready to make the easiest crudités plate ever?


No need to feel guilty that the praise you receive is immensely disproportionate to the effort you put in…



  • 1 can artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained

  • 1 t olive or avocado oil

  • 1 t herb (choose your favorite, I like Herbs de Provence or Fines Herbes)


Place all ingredients together in a food processor.

Blend to your desired consistency.

Adjust oil and herbs to your taste.


That’s it!

Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.

If you’re sharing with a large group, you may want to double the recipe or bring a dish of hummus as well.
